Our drying place is found in an unequalled climate as that of Sierra Nevada. It is located at 1200 m.  in the north face of the Alpujarra, Guadix.

Our hams have neither colourings nor artificial preservatives or additives..
All of our products come from female pigs and have low level of salt on them..
