Three factors determine the tradicional quality of our hams:
Additive-free products
The drying process takes 18 months, the perfect amount of time to obtain a sweet ham. First, hams are put into salt for a short period of time without adding colourings, preservatives or additives.. After that, they are taken into the natural drying rooms. |

Tradition
Finally, hams are put in cellars where tha artisan plays with the climatology to control the drying process. There, there is no hurry to obtain the best results.
